Your Journey Begins Here.
How Our Training Works
-
Materials and Space
Each participant will arrive on the first day of training with everything they need for the journey ahead: all assigned books, a beautiful bound journal, and an hours log to track their progress. The space itself, Front Street Yoga, is designed to hold you in that journey. Cushions, mats, tea, and sacred quiet. A room made for remembering who you are.
-
Schedule
Our Yoga Teacher Training meets once a month for ten months, creating a steady rhythm that supports real integration. Each weekend immersion is mandatory and intentionally spacious — time to study, practice, reflect, and connect with your cohort. Between weekends, you’ll continue your personal practice, reading, and journaling to keep the teachings alive in daily life.
-
Online Component
To complete the full 200-hour certification, each month includes an online component: a pre-recorded video and reflection practice you can access at your own pace. These online hours deepen and reinforce what we explore together in person, allowing flexibility while maintaining the integrity of the whole program.

Who It’s For
This dual-track program is designed for women who feel called to hold space in a deeper, truer way—both on the mat and in their communities.
• Aspiring yoga teachers who want a Yoga Alliance–approved training that is grounded in spiritual psychology, embodiment, and lived wisdom—not performative yoga.
• Therapists, educators, counselors, and coaches who want to integrate somatics, trauma-informed practice, and soulful leadership.
• Women who believe prevention begins in girlhood and want the skills, structure, and confidence to guide Girls on the Mat programs in schools, studios, and community spaces.
• Those ready for inner work—the kind that transforms your presence, your relationships, and your ability to lead.
If you want a training that strengthens your voice, deepens your spiritual path, and equips you to uplift the next generation, this is where you belong.
