Her unique intersectionality heals and empowers deep self-compassion and understanding.

Jamie, an LCPC (licensed clinical professional counselor) and 500-Hour RYT (registered yoga teacher) uses her unique intersectionality of powerful somatic modalities to create healing through the body, breath, and movement. Yoga Therapy is a holistic approach to trauma, healing, and freedom.

Jamie invites small groups of friends, couples, wedding parties, colleagues, etc., to join her for a collective healing experience where expressions of frustration, fear, exclusion, trauma, etc, are safely explored. Group work with Jamie is truly transformative for each person, accessing clarity for each person's experience and building equity for compassionate growth.
