Kimberly Fricke

Born and raised in Novato, Kimberly grew up immersed in the world of dance. For 15 years, she studied various forms of dance, Pilates, movement, and biomechanics. She became fascinated with the connection between the mind, body and the energy that flows within us. Yoga intrigued Kimberly as a teenager. She continued her practice, and it has deepened into a desire to share and teach others. Kimberly was trained by Nature's Whisper School of Yoga led by Jolie Cash where she has completed advanced training. Her primary style is vinyasa flow, but she is constantly continuing her education to widen the scope of her work.

Kimberly spends her free time cuddling on the couch with her two sweet Chihuahuas Phillip and Henry and recently marryied the love of her life.

Kimberly's mission as a teacher is to inspire others to find a quiet inward space to reach their true essential inner strength. Kimberly believes that happiness is not something we learn. It is who we are naturally. She enjoys leading people into that natural space.

Catherine is a full-time certified yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist with a heart of devotion for the ancient and sacred art of Yoga

Jena McRae

.               After teaching dance for many years, Jena started taking yoga in 2003 to improve her flexibility and strength. What she gained as a result was so much more than a physical practice. Under the guidance of Julian Walker, a prominent yoga instructor and body worker in Los Angeles, Jena came to know the transformative power of yoga.  She completed her teacher training with Yoga Tree San Francisco in 2007, just before she moved to Ireland to earn her Masters Degree in Dance Anthropology. She currently teaches dance throughout the Bay Area, and can be seen performing with Embodiment Project.
In her class, Jena seeks to cultivate a safe space for self-discovery. She offers variations to asana that suit every student and encourages her students to move at their own pace, using yoga as a moving meditation to recondition and open heart, mind and body.
