| Angela Day |
Angela started to practice Iyengar yoga in 1985. After a long, dedicated, practice with many senrior and talented teachers; she explored just about every type of yoga she possibly could (Anusara, Bikram, Yin, Restorative) and eventually became a certified yoga teacher in 2001. Her class is a personalized fusion that reflects the various styles she has studied.
Yoga with Angela is a flow yoga practice filled with all the basic technique and alignment cues you will need to get your yoga practice started. They are also filled with lots of variations and occasional longer sequences to challenge the more seasoned practioner. |
| Patti Day |
Patti Day has a certification in Hatha Yoga and twelve years experience in strength training and weight lifting. She is now in her eighth of teaching. In 1996 Patti was in a car accident leaving her with an injury to the spine. The stress of the injury led to a chronic illness. After a two-month intensive yoga training Patti strengthened her mind and body and recovered from chronic colitis. She teaches one-hour power yoga classes, bringing strength and balance to the mind and body. |

Emily Dianda is an inspired yogi with ten years teaching experience. She began practicing yoga as a therapeutic tool to aid and nurture herself during a life transition and discovered first hand, that yoga provided the grounding and inner solitude needed for the journey towards healing, wholeness and self-awareness. Certified to teach in 2001, she became dedicated to sharing yoga's wondrous power to heal and transform lives and has made teaching part of her life's work.
Emily's classes are a dynamic and meditative blend of hatha, vinyasa and resorative yoga techniques. She crates a safe, fun and informative environment that combine consious breathing, mindful movement and detailed alignment to help enhance your physical, mental and emotional well-being. |

Ann began practicing yoga in 2003 at Yoga Loka in Ignacio,and became a certified yoga teacher (Yoga Alliance RYT) in 2010. Her teaching draws from the influences of Bikram, Iyengar, and Ashtanga styles of Hatha Yoga. Ann teaches a Beginning Yoga class with attention to alignment and breath with movement. Pose modifications are given to keep the practice fun and safe for everyone.

After a lifetime as a dance and professional gymnast, Cathrine came to yoga upside-down. What hooked her was an inversion class concentrating on handstand. Coming from the physical she has moved towards the yogic balance of the breath, body and mind. A great patron of music, she incorporates music that breathes with us, to invigorate, soothe or stimulate self-reflection. Catherine is a full-time certified yoga teacher and Yoga Therapist with a heart of devotion for the ancient and sacred art of Yoga

Ram Rao, PhD: comes from a family of Ayurvedic practitioners and Vedic teachers in India tracing back to the illustrious Vedic-acharya and ascetic Rishi Kaundinya. Ram is a dedicated yoga practitioner for many years and is a certified RYT through Yoga Alliance. He continues to learn by teaching and to teach by learning, cultivating and sharing a spirit of gratitude with his students and helping them to find their inner strength. His classes are a combination of Vinyasa Flow and Hatha directed at intermediate level of students. Ram is also a graduate and former faculty teacher of the California College of Ayurveda. In addition, he serves as a Research Associate Professor at the Buck Institute for Age Research, Novato with a doctoral degree in Biochemistry and Neurosciences.

On her mat, Erin has been transformed and cultivated in ways she could have never anticipated, and it is her profound reverence for, and belief in, the yoga practice that is the seed from which her dedication to teaching grows. With her background primarily in Vinyasa: Erin teaches a dynamic flow class, concentrating on physical and subtle alignment principles. Erin completed her 200hr Teacher Training with YogaWorks. She is currently pursing he 500hr Yoga Certification with YogaWorks, mentoring with Nikki Estrada.

Jeannine completed her 200 hour Teacher Training with Yoga Works in San Francisco and is currently in the process of obtaining her advanced 500 hour certification. She teaches Hatha Yoga classes that incorporate alignment of poses with emphasis on increasing flexibility and movement. She focuses on conscious, steady breathing to help promote an environment that will reduce stress and increase balance in the body and mind. |
